These are the top 10 executive search firms in America for 2023 based on a market survey covering clients and candidates, conducted by C-Suite CV Secure, Inc., a resume sharing and tracking technology company based in New York.

The survey ran from 1st August until 31st October 2023 and saw participation from over 18,000 senior executives that form both client and candidate groups.

This ranking is not based on revenue but on market feedback.

Top 10 List

#1 Korn Ferry

Founded in 1969 and headquartered in Los Angeles, California, the firm has over 10,000 employees spread across multiple service offerings – Consulting, Digital, Executive Search, Professional Search and RPO.

In the executive search function, there are over 594 fee earning partners, senior client partners and client partners with a strong grip on the Board and senior management of corporates in the US and around the world.

Korn Ferry works with 85% of S&P 500, 94% of Euronext 100 and 85% of FTSE 100. For FY 2023, the company clocked a revenue of $2.84 billion of which $876 million (across 6,300 engagements) was contributed by executive search business. This translates to roughly 31% of overall revenue but a decrease of 6% compared to the previous financial year.
